The model

A UAE-origin private-label route for distributors who already know the lubricant market.

Distributor-led brands

We help established distributors develop lubricant ranges sold under their own brand, not as another reseller program.

UAE-origin supply

Fleetcare LATAM coordinates supply from the UAE, with Dubai-area export access and practical packaging options for Latin American markets.

Commercial discipline

The model is built around margin, minimum order planning, payment terms, and dependable repeat supply.

Australian commercial ownership with a UAE supply advantage.

Fleetcare LATAM is connected to General Australis, an Australian privately owned ABN-registered business, and is building its Colombian program around lubricant supply coordinated from the UAE. For distributors, that combination means an international counterparty with access to competitive Dubai-area export supply.

Product focus

Practical ranges first, built from the products Colombian buyers already move.

The UAE supply base covers the main commercial categories a serious distributor expects: passenger car oil, diesel oil, motorcycle 4T, transmission fluids, gear oils, hydraulic oils, brake fluids, and greases, with retail and bulk pack formats.

  • Passenger car and light commercial lubricants
  • Heavy diesel and fleet applications
  • Motorcycle 4T and workshop retail lines
  • ATF, gear oils, hydraulic oils, brake fluids, and greases

Bogotá meetings

Fleetcare LATAM will be meeting selected distributors from 5 October 2026 onward.

UAE-origin lubricant programs are already showing traction in South American markets, including Peru. Colombia is the next market Fleetcare LATAM is evaluating with a small number of distributors.

The first conversation is intentionally simple: understand each distributor's current portfolio, margin goals, and whether a private-label program could be commercially useful.

What we would discuss

  • Where private label could improve your margin versus major brands
  • Which high-rotation grades make sense for a first Colombian range
  • What volumes, packaging, and payment structure would make the model practical
